Auditor general tells Penn State more change needed post-Sandusky

Auditor General Eugene DePasquale released the results of an audit of Penn State that point to the need for more changes in the wake of the Sandusky scandal, including reducing the size of the board of trustees, making the university covered by state Right-to-Know Law and correcting flaws in clearances for youth camps, as well as addressing rising tuition.

Judge orders forensic experts to handle Beta Theta Pi video

Centre County President Judge Thomas King Kistler ordered both prosecutors and the Alpha Upsilon Chapter of Beta Theta Pi fraternity to find a way to preserve and duplicate the video footage of the fraternity house the night of the party where Penn State student Timothy Piazza was injured and left without medical care.
